Rosanna McGuire returns to the Great White North after spending 2 years studying and performing bellydance in San Francisco. There, she studied with a who’s who of bellydance: Suhaila and Jamila Salimpour, FCBD, Jill Parker, Zoe Jakes, Rachel Brice, Mira Betz, Cery Byer, and Amy Sigil. In California, Rosanna also had the opportunity to expand her movement repertoire outside of bellydance and into vinyasa yoga, breakdance, house, and locking. Calling all professional dancers in the NCR

There’s a Yahoo group for local pro dancers in the (general) National Capital Region:
Hopefully we can use it as an easy way to pass along local gigs amongst ourselves, work out performing rotations as needed and share other important stuff. If you’re somewhere between Rockland to Almonte, Buckingham to Kemptville (you get the idea) and are a professional dancer, please join us!
Please pass this on as necessary…

Hypnosis for women

Judy White MacDonald…Nursing Consultant, Professional Coach, Clinical Hypnotist

All aspects of our lives add to the definition of who we are as women, but the person ‘at the core’ is the most important one. Connection with this ‘real’ self identity is necessary for us to answer all the important questions in our lives and to find that often elusive joy, happiness, success, peace and contentment.

As women, so many of us have been trained to put the needs of others first. We so often don’t even understand what our needs are, or what to do about them. Hypnosis allows us to relax and allow the subconscious mind to reveal truths and strengths which might never have come to light otherwise. There are many ways in which hypnosis can be helpful to women. Please connect to: and learn what hypnosis can do for you!
